We maintain the working timeline, coordinate document and notice flows, follow critical milestones and escalate exceptions early. During a live movement, the coordinating contact remains available 24/7.

Poseidon coordinates; it does not replace the carrier, ship's agent, surveyor, customs representative, insurer or legal adviser. Each specialist remains responsible for its contracted scope.
